Eligibility: To be eligible for the VIP Membership, customers must:

• Have a registered account with us, at www.primeauctions.co.uk
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Tier 1 VIP Members must hold an initial minimum balance of £500 in their membership wallet for at least 3 months.
• Tier 2 VIP Members must hold an initial minimum balance of £1000 in their membership wallet for at least 3 months.

Membership Wallet

• The membership wallet must hold the initial required minimum balance for the specified period to qualify for the respective tier discount.
• Funds in the membership wallet can be used for purchases at Prime Auctions (www.primeauctions.co.uk), but the membership must not be cancelled for at least 3 months.

Exclusive Deals

• VIP Members will receive exclusive deals via catalogues sent bi-weekly directly to their registered email addresses.
• These exclusive deals include significant savings on shop and auction items, available only to VIP Members.

6. Discount Application

• The applicable discount will be applied to all auction lots won by VIP Members. Upon winning an auction lot, VIP Members will be sent a personal payment link that reflects their earned discounts.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

8. Cancellation and Termination

• Members can cancel their VIP Membership at any time by contacting customer service.
• We reserve the right to terminate memberships that do not comply with these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
